I have the right to refuse your commission.

This art is intended for personal use only, unless specified otherwise.

I'm currently accepting payments through PayPal and Stripe. Payment is in full after you confirm the sketch/lineart is okay. After the payment only minor changes can be applied to the art. Major changes in composition, full color overhaul, etc. will be charged extra. I will wait for payment for a **maximum of 7 days.

If there is no response for 14 days, I will keep the payment (if it was paid), without refund and your commission will be canceled.

The same way, if you make me uncomfortable for any reason, your commission will be canceled and I will keep the payment (if it was paid), with no refund.

Partial refund can be made based on how much progress has been made since the transaction.

Full refund is possible in the first 24-48h after the transaction, if I haven’t made any significant progress.

If the client is found to have used the commissioned artwork in any generative AI program or platform at any stage, the commission will be immediately cancelled. Any payments already made will be kept by me, and the commissioner will be permanently blocked and blacklisted.

You must provide me with a reference or images that provide an equal amount of clarity of what the character looks like and their species (I heavily rely on real world anatomy to provide the best service so even mythological creatures/hybrid species are welcomed no problem! I will consult with you if the design agrees with your ideas).

If you use my art as a profile picture/ banner or something of that nature please credit me either directly on the site or credit with the site where I am present and can be found.

Character design: Please provide a species (and breed if necessary), images are welcomed, in case of any additional items (example: clothes, accessories, etc.) I need either images I can reference or specific fashion you wish to include. Color palettes are great. If you have any backstory in mind or even a personality you feel like it would fit the character, please tell me! I like adjusting the art to the personality of the character so it feels more like them!

IMPORTANT INFO!!

I usually have a custom canvas size (2550p x 3500p) but I can make changes to its size if the commission is intended to be a phone/PC background or profile banner. Please let me know about this as it’s no problem to change these things BEFORE I start drawing. If I have to resize the canvas later and edit the drawing on top of that it might result in additional costs.
